Born and raised in Warsaw, Kelly has a great understanding of the lake area. He later moved to Clinton where him and his wife Mary built a home. Kelly has two sons, Jackson and Ian who are his pride and joy. In his free time he can usually be found spending time with his family, hunting or fishing.
